Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Finance or Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 Years (At least 10 years’ experience in Leasing, preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in same role
- Adeptness in Strategic and operational management.
- Strong knowledge of policies development and management
- Aware of regulatory and bank policies.
- Knowledge of banking products.
- Good analytical Skills.
- Good decision-making power.
- Proactive approach to handle daily issues and situations.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage respective Leasing Unit to contribute towards achievement of regional budgeted targets
- Ensure prudent expansion in commercial and SME leasing portfolio by marketing fresh clients
- Identify early warning signals to mitigate risks and timely elevation to Head-CLU
- Ensure complete due diligence and risk assessment of Credit Proposals in line with Bank’s Credit Policy, Procedures / Manuals and SBP PRs before presentation to Head-CLU
- Ensure Teams are able to fulfill Reporting requirements within stipulated deadlines
- Keep close coordination with customers to identify any issues and facilitate them with prompt resolution.
