Qualification, Experience & Skills:

• B Com / BBA / BA
• 1 Year or less / Entry Level  

Job Description:

• Provide infographics and photographs to illustrate Departmental reports and outreach material.
• Maintain the Departmental repository of photos and acquire new photos with detailed descriptions and copyright permissions, to be used in Departmental reports and outreach material, both in print and online
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
