Job Description:
- Provide advice and assistance to senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of existing Networks and their security.
- Installs, configure, and deploy server hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and patches to support and maintain effective network service operations.
- Supports, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains server issues and security for enterprise and large-scale applications.
- Manages, deploys, configures, and maintains servers in a virtualized and traditional environment.
- Assists in creating scripts to monitor systems, diagnostics, resolve issues, and automate routine tasks.
- Provides support for device management including image development, mobile device management, application packaging and deployment.
- Configures systems for high availability including strategies for back-up and recovery, failover, load balancing, and full redundancy.
- Installs server hardware and components such as disks, memory, and other components, models and tests changes to production systems.
- Analyzes and resolves issues, gathers information to identify needs, evaluates systems and network requirements.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex software, server, and networking issues.
- Creates, and maintains written and verbal procedures; prepares written technical documentation, training material, standards, reports, and other documents as assigned.
- Evaluates systems and alternate solutions, develops functional specifications, standards, and requirements for hardware and software purchase and design to ensure optimum system and end-user performance, make recommendations for changes and additional services.
- Trains and provides guidance to team, provides general networking, computer, and other technology support as needed. Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities; provides special reports as requested by various departments.
- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Responsible for Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of SCCM Server.
- Extensive experience & Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS Services, Windows Server administration.
- Core skills for Microsoft server roles including Hyper-V, DNS, Certificate Services, IIS
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft O365 & Intune.
- Hans-on experience in Windows Servers /IIS/ SSL/TLS configurations.
- Windows And Linux administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise VMWARE ESXi/ VCenter / VDI Solution.
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Provide LDAP integration services to any application owners that desire to use Active Directory as their identity source.
- Design, implement, and provide Tier 3 support for Exchange; design and plan updates to the system; perform troubleshooting; keep architectural documentation up to date, including build & test procedures.
- Support/troubleshoot/update/monitor different Fileservers, Print Server and FTP Server
