Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze Stock & Inventory data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with Store merchandizing, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per company’s SOPs
- Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
- Perform stock-related duties like returning, packing, labeling and pricing goods
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Preparing monthly report at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation
- Generate a material received report (MRR) timely
- Must have a strong command on Ms. Office – Excel & Word.
- Good Communication skills
- Must be proactive
- Maintain job log on daily basis.
- Ensuring delivery notes issued against all dispatches.
- Maintain record of daily inventory of all products being received and issued.
- Reconciliation of wh reports on daily basis.
- Communicating the requirement of products to the concerned department on timely basis.
- Any other Task assigned by HOD
