Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze Stock & Inventory data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with Store merchandizing, quality control standards, and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per company’s SOPs
  • Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
  • Perform stock-related duties like returning, packing, labeling and pricing goods
  • Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
  • Preparing monthly report at the end of each month
  • Ensure proper completion of documentation 
  • Generate a material received report (MRR) timely
  • Must have a strong command on Ms. Office – Excel & Word.
  •  Good Communication skills
  •  Must be proactive
  •  Maintain job log on daily basis.
  •  Ensuring delivery notes issued against all dispatches.
  • Maintain record of daily inventory of all products being received and issued.
  •  Reconciliation of wh reports on daily basis.
  • Communicating the requirement of products to the concerned department on timely basis.
  • Any other Task assigned by HOD
