Job Description:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content with the help of designers.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of social media marketing.
- Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement, utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct international customer calls to understand their needs and provide information about our products.
- Execute email marketing campaigns targeting international customers to drive engagement and conversions.
