- To carry out service visits as per schedule and inspect installed machinery for proper functioning.
- To attend customer’s, complain on priority and trouble shot to resolve/rectify issue accordingly.
- To properly fill-up service report while visiting at customer site and ensure to get customer’s acknowledgment sign on the report.
- To deliver spare parts of machine to customer.
- Report onsite activities and take sign off from customer.
- Take follow-ups and build strong relationships with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Install new industrial machines, equipment and controls at customer’s site/plant.
- To check that the new machine is functioning properly and report progress accordingly.
- To attend demo sessions, provide sample prints and report product trial response.
- Manage Warranty machine maintenance.
- Coordinate with Inventory Executive and Logistic Officer for stock management and note stock position accordingly.
- Inform Senior Sale & Service Engineer to order and replace defective units, components, or any other parts and prepare RFQ accordingly.
- To train the customer’s operational staff in the usage of machines and also will provide on-site training to customers whenever need arises
- To have an innovative approach to minimize service time and eliminate equipment malfunctions.
- Remain up to-date on company’s equipment and products.
