Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree (MBA Finance) / ACCA/ACMA/CA or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar executive role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve Financial plans.
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
- Strong working knowledge of Accountancy & Finance procedures
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
