Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing management, preferably in the cables manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to marketing
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales and recovery targets in assigned territory/area.
- Ensure timely updates to all dealers regarding product diversification, enhancement or company updates, whenever required through visit.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales and recovery projections, and other required.
- Provide timely and accurate quotations to prospective clients and consistently follow up to mature sales.
- Must have an experience in Distribution & Retailing.
