Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of proven experience in business development or Sales within the service-based industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to handle Direct Sales, FS, Trade Business and distribution network.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and business operations
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management
