Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of proven experience in business development or Sales within the service-based industry.
- Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to handle Direct Sales, FS, Trade Business and distribution network.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and business operations
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management
