Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in marketing / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or marketing
  • Minimum 5-year experience as Regional Sales Manager in local market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Should be able to train sales staff and motivate for targets achievement
  • Must have valid driving license
  • Must have worked to handle After Sales customer services


  • Find new customers and constantly expand the business.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors.
  • Create sales strategies for his/her area and get approval from the regional manager.
  • Area visit with your concern TSO/ TSM.
  • Ensure to fulfill monthly targets.
  • Prepare and share all the reports to the concerned manager and head office on a regular basis on time.
  • Ensure to settle down all the matters with distributors/RSM if needed on time.
  • Arrange a complete team of order bookers in every town in the area.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
