Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced & technically sound Candidates as Quality Assurance Manager in our manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the production line.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards for raw materials and components, and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain rigorous inspection and testing protocols to verify product quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to monitor key quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address quality-related issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
