Qualification & Experience:
- Pharm-D or Master’s in Chemistry.
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the Quality Control department of a pharmaceutical company.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.

Job Description:
- Oversee the standard testing processes for empty hard gelatine capsules in the laboratory.
- Ensure that testing procedures are conducted accurately and in compliance with established protocols.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Manage and lead the Quality Control laboratory team.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for efficient testing operations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control metrics and findings.
