Qualification & Experience:

  • Pharm-D or Master’s in Chemistry.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the Quality Control department of a pharmaceutical company.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Proficiency in quality control testing techniques and instrumentation.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical quality control

Job Description:

  • Oversee the standard testing processes for empty hard gelatine capsules in the laboratory.
  • Ensure that testing procedures are conducted accurately and in compliance with established protocols.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Manage and lead the Quality Control laboratory team.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for efficient testing operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control metrics and findings.
