Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience 3-6 working as a project manager in software development, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our software development projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements, on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and KPIs.
  • Allocate resources, including team members, time, and budget, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encourage open communication, and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing:
  • Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and oversee defect resolution and bug fixes.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and quality control measures.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation of decisions and actions taken.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and senior management.
