Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university
- 2-4 years of progressive in manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Daily OEC meeting with station I/C and work force and set daily targets accordingly to production targets
- Process quality audit with Q/A
- Coordinate with quality assurance and all line in-charge for problem solution
- Coordinate with MNT to maintain equipment problem solution and repairing
- Responsible to corrective action on line in case of problems feedback or any deviation with standards
- Responsible for production target achievements
- To follow production time schedule (monitor hourly production)
- Responsible for daily production entry in production control sheet
- Responsible to maintain quality during process
- Assure T-1 base material on line, process wise parts inspection while receiving
- Responsible for parts rejections/damages
- Responsible for daily production downtime monitoring and sheet filing
- Assure sample checking by Q/A
- Departmental expenses control like consumable /salary /overtime etc.
- Responsible to achieve station wise UPH & UPMH targets
- Daily and weekly order closure follow up
