Qualification & Experience:
- MA / M.COM / MBA degree in Business Administration, accounts or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Officer Administration
- Leadership & administration skills
- Know the Pakistan labor laws and industrial policies
- Motivation/Training & Time Management skills
Responsibilities:
- Communication Facilitation
- Policy Implementation
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS per relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485:2016, 510K, SEDEX).
- Ensure all processes and procedures within the QMS are documented, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
- Performance Monitoring
- Training and Development
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other external events.
- Prepare and present reports on employee performance, policy compliance, and other relevant metrics to upper management
