Qualification & Experience:

  • MA / M.COM / MBA degree in Business Administration, accounts or Finance  
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Officer Administration
  • Leadership & administration skills
  • Know the Pakistan labor laws and industrial policies
  • Motivation/Training & Time Management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Communication Facilitation
  • Policy Implementation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s QMS per relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485:2016, 510K, SEDEX).
  • Ensure all processes and procedures within the QMS are documented, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Training and Development
  • Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other external events.
  • Prepare and present reports on employee performance, policy compliance, and other relevant metrics to upper management
