Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandizing & Display
- Proficient in space management, promotional displays & marketing
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback to store staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective merchandising execution
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets based on market trends and sales data
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform merchandising decisions
