Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and development, preferably in a professional or academic setting.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor for 3D modeling and engineering drawing.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
  • Experience with engineering analysis tools such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), or Multi-body Dynamics (MBD) software.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, injection molding, and additive manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.


  1. Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical systems, products, and components according to project requirements and specifications.
  2. Engineering Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance, strength, and durability of mechanical designs, and propose optimizations as needed.
  3. CAD Modeling: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings of mechanical parts and assemblies.
  4. Prototyping and Testing: Build prototypes of mechanical systems for validation and testing purposes, and conduct thorough analysis to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.
  5. Materials Selection: Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes based on performance requirements, cost considerations, and feasibility.
  6. Mechanical Systems Integration: Integrate mechanical components with other engineering disciplines such as electrical, electronic, and software systems to create integrated solutions.
  7. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
  8. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, design documents, test reports, and user manuals.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in mechanical engineering, and apply them to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of projects
