Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Mech, Civil, Electrical / MBA (or equivalent)
  • Proven success with 4-5 years within the related industry.
  • An Engineering background in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and adept project management abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule and supervise construction, repair, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings, temporary buildings infrastructure
  • Asset Management, asset identification, Life Cycle management, tagging, overall move management.
  • Act as the local point of contact/liaison for external contractors and consultants, monitor the on-site activities of contractors
  • To lead the on-site operational activity related to technical scope and soft service scope
  • Review all work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors for accuracy and compliance.
  • Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Preparing and reporting the gaps identified in day-to-day operational activities (covering all soft and hard services)
  • Leading the GAP analysis of the sites with the preparation of reports for the SM
  • Carries out technical assessments of existing buildings and infrastructure.
  •  Prepares and writes requisitions for purchase of equipment, material, spares, etc.; reviews and evaluates offers and coordinates with procurement unit.
  • Preparing and maintaining the asset reports for all equipment and assets installed at the client site
  • Maintain customer contact including providing a point of contact for the facilities’ shared service; provide reactive support to facilities managed to ensure business continuity issues affecting critical operational facilities are given appropriate priority, and on occasion may be required to provide further support to other sites.
  • Undertake dynamic risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment and initiate remedial actions as required.
  • Identify and report building faults and undertake minor repairs where appropriate

Fleet Management:

  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies, including maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for fleet operations.
  • Analyze fleet data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.
  • Coordinate vehicle inspections and maintain all necessary documentation.
  • Keep records of fleet inventory, registrations, and licensing.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to fuel, maintenance, and insurance
  • Analyze expenses and create cost-effective strategies to manage the fleet.
  • Minimize downtime and maximize vehicle usage through effective scheduling.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide transportation solutions and recommend technology solutions for streamlined fleet management.
  • Enforce driver policies, safe practices, and training programs to ensure the safety of our team and assets.
  • Establish safety programs, conduct inspections, and work to reduce accidents.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and suppliers. • Review vendor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Manage vehicle and equipment procurement to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
