Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance/Accounting
- 1 year or less / Fresh Graduate
- Good Knowledge of MS Office & Accountancy
Job Description:
- Conduct internal audits across departments (Accounts, HR, Stores, Production, Import/Export, Administration etc.) to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in each department and identify areas for improvement to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform risk assessments within each department to identify potential areas of concern and develop audit plans accordingly.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for each department, outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to implement corrective actions and monitor the progress of remediation efforts.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure audit processes remain current and effective.
- Conduct special investigations as required and provide support during external audits.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures within each department that contribute to a strong internal control environment.
