Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in HR from HEC recognized university
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in in HR within the service-based industry.
  • Strong track record of successfully managing HR activities of a multinational company
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs and paperwork completion.
  • Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employees skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends to suggest improvements in HR practices.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for workforce planning and talent management
