Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in HR from HEC recognized university
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in in HR within the service-based industry.
- Strong track record of successfully managing HR activities of a multinational company
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation programs and paperwork completion.
- Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance employees skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports as required.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and industry trends to suggest improvements in HR practices.
