Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Master in Supply Chain Management
- 7 Years (Proven experience in supply chain management within a textile/manufacturing environment, preferably in the apparel or accessories industry.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Manage inventory levels and develop inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and technology solutions to streamline processes and improve visibility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, finance, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
