Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our team. Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (MBA Marketing or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • 10-15 year’s professional experience in retails sales in Pakistan
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales staff and other stake holders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and independently in friendly environment

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive approach based on market information, and competitor intelligence to capitalize on business development opportunities and way forward.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement business plans while ensuring that shipment volumes, in-market sales and secondary sales, are achieved along with various distribution-related KSI (Coverage, Hit rate and Call Frequency).
  • Review Zonal wise Sales volume and share of market performance, Sales Cycle Plan activities and other key sales indicators to measure performance against plan for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for achieving primary & secondary volumetric & Suk’s wise Sales Targets, availability & visibility of all Sku’s both at trade and distributor level.
  • Responsible for building relationships with Key Accounts, growing business, identifying opportunities & executing merchandising and shelf displays.
  • Responsible for managing distribution / Dealers’ network, leading their team, sales forecast, and efficient execution, PJP designing, competitive service, and trade marketing activities.
  • Responsible for existing and new areas development by means of an effective network of Distributors / Dealers.
  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through Sales KPIs.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and motivation to team by communicating a compelling vision and through an ongoing coaching environment
