Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field from a reputable university. Certification in HR is a plus.
  • 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on the FMCG and retail sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the HR team in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on key business initiatives.
  • Drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.
  • Oversee HR analytics and reporting to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making
