Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
