Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Factory Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
