Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Other Relevant.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing is a plus
Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operational as well as administration activities of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a unique skill set encompassing export, accounts, banking, and administration, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple functions. Directly report to General Manager, Director and CEO.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Export Management:
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
2. Accounts Oversight:
- Supervise and manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. External Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with banking, Auditor, Lawyer and other relevant officials of Govt and Semi Govt. to facilitate smooth financial and other business matters.
- Monitor and analyze financial Transactions and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Administration:
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities,
- Coordinate with HR for staffing needs, employee onboarding, and compliance.
