Job Description:
- Overseeing the comprehensive management of Special Economic Zone (SEZ) development, encompassing feasibility assessments, budgeting, planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Developing and updating master plans for existing projects, considering ongoing expansions and future initiatives.
- Defining a comprehensive civil list of activities, deliverables, and issuance dates in accordance with contract requirements and time schedules.
- Providing engineering input to drafting team members to facilitate the creation of design drawings, bills of material (‘BOM’s), and other essential design documentation.
- Applying lean 6-sigma tools and methods to achieve cost-effective and well-balanced designs.
- Develop and execute strategies for long-term company productivity enhancement, implementing the next year’s business plan to fulfill company goals.
- Conducting necessary mechanical, structural, or civil analyses to support new designs or improvements to existing designs.
- Driving effective solutions for emergent issues with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Ensuring the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of project quality requirements, contractual obligations, and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) commitments.
- Calculating and monitoring performance indicators.
- Managing any modifications to the contract scope and issuing trend notices when necessary.
- Coordinating with the CEO and Chinese GM, G. MNT Division Head to address project requirements.
- Overseeing general maintenance work in existing factories.
- Reporting progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Mentoring, coaching, and training staff in work processes and values to ensure consistency across projects
