Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Finance or CA/ACCA is a plus or in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Finance management in manufacturing industry.
- Strong track record of successfully managing Finance department of a multinational company
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
- Supervise, direct, and review the work of the subordinate staff (including, but not limited to, Treasury, AP, AR and other sub-ledger activities etc.)
- Maintain an organized set of detailed records/supporting source documents related to financial transactions.
- Review general ledgers to ensure the accuracy of posting.
- Ensure the timely posting of monthly provisions and review of actual expenses to adjust the variances, if any, in recorded provisions.
- Ensure the appropriate segregation of duties of subordinate staff and the system access is as per the role/nature of work of the employee.
- Collaborate with other departments/ staff to support overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure coordination between head office and the factory to mitigate the communication gap.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
