Qualification & Experience:

  • Fresh (Fresh Graduate) / 1 Years’ experience

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring highest level of customer service. Service Ambassador will facilitate positive contact and communications between customers and bank staff and perform administrative duties for the branch and maintain congenial environment in the branch at all times

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all walk-in customers and direct them to the relevant bank staff if required.
  • Address customer queries and provide general information on banking services and policies if required including guidance on how to fill deposit slips & other request forms.
  • Get customer request forms signed, hand over to relevant officer for processing, keep track of the requests and get requests completed in defined turnaround time.
  • Oversees and maintains waiting area, keeping it stocked with brochures, deposit slips, and other request forms.
  • Maintain friendly interaction with the customers waiting to be served at the branch counters.
  • Ensure efficient direction and management of customer traffic in the branch and ensure all the customers are served within defined service timelines.
  • End to end customer complaints management as per defined guidelines.
  • Ensure the branch remains above the acceptable level of service delivery ensuring timely delivery from both front end and operations staff and be creative/ innovative to improve the service delivery.
  • Ensure digital (mobile app) registrations, lead generation & referral (as per assigned targets) to branch staff including consumer assets, deposits & Banc assurance
