Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Mass communication
  • Experience or knowledge MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment
  • Self-motivated, quick learner and a responsive team player

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for business trips.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Communication and Correspondence:
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels between executives and internal/external parties.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Information Management:
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents, records, and files.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communication for executives, ensuring timely responses.
  • Compile data, research, and reports for executive decision-making.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of special projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Track project progress and report updates to executives.
  • Event Management:
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
  • Assist in planning and executing leadership retreats, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to executive matters.
  • Financial Support:
  • Assist in expense tracking, reimbursement, and budget monitoring for executives.
  • Coordinate financial approvals and processes as required.
  • Office Operations:
  • Maintain a well-organized executive office environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Time Management:
  • Prioritize tasks and manage conflicting deadlines effectively.
  • Anticipate and address potential scheduling conflicts or issues
