Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an CEO Coordinator with Eastern timings. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, managing expense reports, and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinating appointments, and meetings.
- Anticipate and prepare materials and information required for meetings and appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
