Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Admin support experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other presentations software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.


  • Managing purchase and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. 
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events of CEO. 
  • Assisting with banking, budgeting and financial management processes, including invoicing and expense reporting.
  • Maintaining employee records, including attendance, benefits and calculations of salaries.
  • Maintain and update the bookkeeping record on a daily basis.
  • Handle Petty cash.
  • Maintain the record of Bills against the payments and purchasing.
  • Managing the organization’s vehicles and their maintenance along with keeping a record of their arrival/ departure from the facility.
  • Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed by HOD and CEO
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Managing records and information, including filing and data entry of administrative matters.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by enforcing policies and procedures as per the organization’s SOP.
  • Maintain Inward Gate Pass and Outward Gate Pass
