Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 professional experience in manufacturing industry
Responsibilities:
- Support in executing existing trade operations.
- Participate in inspections of export/import stocks.
- Assist in preparing Performa Invoices against the new order.
- Preparation of Custom documents.
- Preparation of Commercial documents.
- Preparation of Bank documents.
- Export shipment follow up.
- Maintain physical office records/File Keeping, Scan /Printing of Trade Documents.
- EPRC WORKING follow up for rebates.
- Assist in arranging certificates and other external documents.
- Assist in document submissions and collections of Import /Export.
- Follow up with export sales team for Payments and schedule of loadings.
- Export Freight agents follow up.
- Trade approval follow up from Accounts Payable /treasury department and other cross-functional department.
- Update export status report.
