Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources (MBA in HR) or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of Operations experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, presentations software and familiarity with other ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations specific to the manufacturing industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
