Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or BBA Degree from HEC recognized university
  • 3-5 Years (Experience in customer service, preferably in Freight Forwarding industry
  • Highly Skilled in Customer Interaction Management, Conflict Management
  • Proficient in MS Office Suit, ERP system, detailed oriented, Excellent communication skills


  • Coordinate shipments with vendors, agents, and co-loaders seamlessly, keeping clients informed to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Maintain an internal customer database to track common inquiries, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Address new client inquiries proactively to build long-term relationships and ensure prompt resolutions, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Identify and target potential clients strategically based on sales team objectives and market segmentation to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback on quotations to ensure they meet client needs and expectations.
  • Operate independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide operational support by coordinating with stakeholders to secure necessary documentation, such as endorsements and delivery orders
