Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
  • Proven experience in Sales & Marketing management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric approach to marketing


  • Responsible for achieving sales & collection targets for territory being assigned.
  • Responsible for business development as per annual budget and devised strategy
  • Provide and ensure that required customer service is provided.
  • Take a leading role in helping sales managers in developing strategies to support business growth.
  • Responsible for strong follow-up with internal departments to ensure right customer focus.
  • Be a focal person in implementation of Marketing/ promotional campaigns in own area and actively reports feedback.
  • Lead and develop team on continuous basis to ensure that overall competence of team is up to the mark.
