Qualification & Experience:
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales & collection targets for territory being assigned.
- Responsible for business development as per annual budget and devised strategy
- Provide and ensure that required customer service is provided.
- Take a leading role in helping sales managers in developing strategies to support business growth.
- Responsible for strong follow-up with internal departments to ensure right customer focus.
- Be a focal person in implementation of Marketing/ promotional campaigns in own area and actively reports feedback.
- Lead and develop team on continuous basis to ensure that overall competence of team is up to the mark.
