Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business administration
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
  • Professional handling of office/employees’ issues
  • Highly organized and exceptional time management skills


  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Track stocks of office supplies such as groceries, stationeries, etc. and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
  • Responsible for in housekeeping.
  • Organizing special functions and social events.
  • Maintain attendance record of employees.
  • Gate Management.
  • Supervising security staff.
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Arrangement of maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required (e.g. post processes, photocopying, scanning).
  • Legal affairs coordination with legal team.
  • Handle transportation facility and Local govt bodies.
