Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business administration
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
- Professional handling of office/employees’ issues
- Highly organized and exceptional time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Track stocks of office supplies such as groceries, stationeries, etc. and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general support to visitors and vendors.
- Responsible for in housekeeping.
- Organizing special functions and social events.
- Maintain attendance record of employees.
- Gate Management.
- Supervising security staff.
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Arrangement of maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Undertake general clerical and administrative tasks to support the service as required (e.g. post processes, photocopying, scanning).
- Legal affairs coordination with legal team.
- Handle transportation facility and Local govt bodies.
