Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/Finance or any other related degree in accounts
- 5 Years professional experience in an industrial company in Pakistan
- Fast computer typing skills (Accounts System & MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience in Book keeping & Reconciliation
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining basic books of accounts.
- Preparing Bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for reconciliations of receivables
- Receivables aging report.
- Monitor & support taxation issues
- Assisting in recovery.
- Maintaining vendor’s accounts.
- Preparing vendors payments &Maintenance of financial files & records.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Responsible for Bank deposits & Bank withdrawals.
