Job Description
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing complex users requirements and documenting them.
- Design and develop flowcharts, layouts and specifications for software.
- Design & develop new applications according to company requirements.
- Plan development, installation and integration of software system.
- Responsible to test, debug, troubleshooting and refine software using related tools and methodologies.
- Interact with various departments and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration.
- Stay current with trends, techniques, technology and other factors impacting the job.
- To provide installation-related support to the end users and to resolve the technical issues.
- Responsible for testing, debugging, troubleshooting and refining software using related tools and methodologies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and offer recommendations/ideas on design projects.
- Able to update existing applications according to the company\\\\\\\’s needs and management requirements.
- Monitoring the performance of existing software and to enhance their performance accordingly.
- To coordinate with HQ and SAP/WMS/ESP teams to resolve the technical and operational issues in SAP system.
- Manage database backups and database tuning.
- Assist HOD IT in implementing policies and procedures
