Job Responsibilities
- Entry of confirmed orders into CRM
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Booking orders with courier service & coordinating collection with them
- Track delivery status and report to customer if needed
- Help the team respond to customer queries
- Take occasional calls from customers
- Share quotations with customers or sales rep where needed.
- Collection and record maintenance of delivery challans and sharing of invoices with customers/sales rep as and when required
