Job Description

  1. Develop and implement management systems such as Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001), BRCCP etc.
  2. Assist in creating policies and procedures related to the management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  3. Maintain and update documentation related to management systems, including manuals, process documents, and records.
  4. Monitor and evaluate compliance with management system standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Coordinate internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of management systems and facilitate the resolution of audit findings.
  6. Organize training programs and raise awareness among employees about the importance of adhering to management system requirements.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the management systems and collaborate with relevant departments to implement changes.
  8. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the management systems and develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Prepare regular reports for management on the performance and status of the management systems.
  10. Communicate with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external auditors, to ensure alignment and understanding of management system objectives.
