Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in design and engineering of piping in power plants and/or fields of refineries, petrochemical plants and oil & gas sectors.
- Full conversant with relevant international code & standards such as ANSI/ASME, DIN/EN, AWWA, API standards
- Full conversant with 3D CAD systems (Preferably with Smart Plant 3D, PDMS or Aveva E3D) and 3D MODEL REVIEW systems (Preferably SP Review, AVEVA Review or Autodesk NavisWorks)
- Full conversant with 2D CAD SYSTEM (Minimum Auto CAD)
- Full conversant with Pipe Stress Analysis Systems (Preferably CAESAR 2)
- Competent with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Conversant with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015
- Full conversant with piping engineering and design practices in energy, refinery, oil & gas, and/or petroleum industry. (Preferred)
- Experience in preparing proposals and ITB (Preferred)
- Experience working with a multinational workforce (Preferred)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering design codes, standards and regulations.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- The position requires that the employee visits the construction sites when required
