Job Description

  • Assisting in preparation of Social Security, Marriage Grants and EOBI cases.
  • Updation of newly inducted employees into the database.
  • Enrolling newly inducted employees to social security, EOBI and Group Insurance.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly social security and EOBI contributions on time.
  • Preparation of Monthly Payroll.
  • Ensuring the proper record keeping of monthly Salary Sheets.
  • Providing counselling on policies and procedures (Compensation & Benefits).
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Any other duties assigned by management. (Can Do Attitude)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Relevant experience in human resources.
  • Freshers can also apply.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills. (Excel & Word)
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
