Job Description
- Assisting in preparation of Social Security, Marriage Grants and EOBI cases.
- Updation of newly inducted employees into the database.
- Enrolling newly inducted employees to social security, EOBI and Group Insurance.
- Preparation and submission of monthly social security and EOBI contributions on time.
- Preparation of Monthly Payroll.
- Ensuring the proper record keeping of monthly Salary Sheets.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures (Compensation & Benefits).
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Any other duties assigned by management. (Can Do Attitude)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Relevant experience in human resources.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills. (Excel & Word)
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
