Job Description
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, overseeing product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure a seamless and compelling user experience.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase site traffic, and enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement through analytics and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches aligned with e-commerce goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive and innovative.
Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, platforms, and related software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve sales performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
