Job Description

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business unit targets.

2. Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and stay abreast of industry trends.

3. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support.

4. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity within the business unit.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

6. Negotiate and finalize agreements to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.

7. Identify and explore new business opportunities in different segments.

8. Lead market expansion initiatives, considering geographic and demographic factors.

9. Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to senior management.

10. Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any deviations from sales goals.

11. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business plans.

12. Provide input for product development and marketing strategies.
