ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESBrand Services Manager will be spear-heading the initiation of marketing projects across multi categories –Combustibles, Vapour & THP for specific market in APMEA South, whilst also taking the ownership of monitoring its end-to-end delivery of the New Product Initiatives and working closely with the brand strategic unit and NPI team. The Brand Services Manager will be expected to manage senior stakeholders, ensure timely resolution of any bottlenecks for the team to deliver on plans, as well as ensure timely resolution of any bottlenecks for the team to deliver on plans. The Brand Services Manager is also responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting the performance of business.Key success factors include

  • Ability to manage high volume and value projects for multiple categories
  • Delivering all NPIs projects on timely manner (to meet OTIF delivery, raise escalation at the right time to meet timeline)
  • Solid alignment to packaging guidelines in development of artwork to ensure smooth approval process
  • High accuracy on project brief on system and ensuring it is kept up-to date
  • Ensuring 100% compliance on NPI project management

  • Oversee E2E delivery of the NPI Project with follow ups and project management with NPI managers on more complex projects
  • Allocate NPI projects to Brand Assistant Manager and ensure effective delivery of NPI projects
  • Ensure to deliver projects in an agile manner and facilitate the team to deliver as per expected timelines
  • Periodic update and analysis of NPI project status for senior management
  • Escalation to the right forums to ensure bottlenecks are resolved in time.
  • Managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for all NPI projects with all the stakeholders
  • Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities
  • NPI Tracking & Brand health tracking & monitoring to analyze and report business performance & prepare commercial brand dashboard
  • Presence in CPM, liaise with presenters to coordinate presentations and capture accurate and thorough meeting minutes, summarizing discussions and action items.
  • Drive team synergy and satisfaction, guide the Brand Assistant Manager and provide feedback for performance improvement and develop the resources into successful leaders
  • Ensure lessons learned from programmes are identified, shared with relevant stakeholders, improvement plans developed and implemented with clear ownership

Experience RequiredESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in Marketing, Brand or Project Management
