Responsibilities:
– Supervise and direct warehouse staff involved in the handling, storage, and distribution of trade items, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
– Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
– Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
– Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet operational demands.
– Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of trade items, finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
– Provide leadership, guidance, and training to warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
– Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies regarding storage and handling of goods.
Required Experience:
3 years’ supervisory experience in Warehouse Department
Bachelors in Supply Chain or related
Knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
