Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Vice President of E-Commerce Operations, with a focus on Amazon and eBay platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Amazon compliance, E-commerce supply chain management, sales and marketing strategies, and customer service excellence. The role requires leadership skills to manage large teams effectively and ensure the seamless operation of our E-commerce ventures across international brands.


Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for our E-commerce operations on Amazon and eBay platforms, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Amazon Compliance: Oversee and ensure compliance with Amazon\\’s policies, terms of service, and best practices to maintain a strong partnership with the platform and optimize business performance.

E-Commerce Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes to streamline operations, optimize inventory management, and enhance fulfillment strategies for E-commerce channels.

Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales, expand market reach, and increase brand visibility on Amazon and eBay platforms.

Customer Service Excellence: Implement robust customer service standards and processes to enhance the overall customer experience, manage customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Team Management: Lead and manage a large team of professionals across various functions, including operations, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in E-commerce operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.

International Expansion: Drive the expansion of E-commerce operations into international markets, identifying growth opportunities, establishing partnerships, and navigating regulatory requirements and market dynamics
