Responsibilities:

1. Bid Analysis/Evaluation: Evaluate bid proposals/tenders, contracts, and negotiate terms with suppliers, subcontractors, or other parties involved.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Estimation: Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all project specifications, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive and accurate tender documents for projects keeping in view NTDC/DISCOs requirement/specification.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with NTDC/DISCOs and cross-functional teams to gather required information and insights for tender submissions.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all tendering documents, contracts, and communications.
8. Presentation preparation/delivering: Effectively prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, explaining tender proposals and project details.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
2. Previous experience in tendering, estimating, or project management.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in presentation software and tools.
6. Adept at risk assessment and management.
7. Must have a knowledge of NTDC/industry standards and specifications.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
