Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or slack.
  • Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
  • Compile and maintain records for employees.
  • Compiling daily work summary for personal
  • Maintain and update all employee email distribution lists, staff contact lists
  • Generate weekly overtime records for the employees working with clients.
  • Maintain accurate time and attendance for the employees.
  • Maintain leave record for employees.
  • Effectively communicate between employees and solve the queries.
  • Timely update of employee records.
  • Timely reconcile the clockify records.
  • Daily tracking of employee performance for defined kpi and maintaining record in excel sheet.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits, policies, employee data, and HR systems.
  • Quality Control Testing.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 year Human Resources experience
  • Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software, e.g. Trello & Slack.
  • Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
