Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCOM) or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Social Media Expert
- Highly proficient in English communication (written & verbal)
Responsibilities:
- Plan Social Media Strategies: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent posts.
- Develop Content: Create engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, tailored for each platform.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across social media channels.
- Engage with Followers: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Build Relationships: Connect with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry figures.
- Monitor Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Report Results: Report on social media performance and suggest improvements.
