Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCOM) or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Social Media Expert
  • Highly proficient in English communication (written & verbal)


  • Plan Social Media Strategies: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar for consistent posts.
  • Develop Content: Create engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, tailored for each platform.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across social media channels.
  • Engage with Followers: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry figures.
  • Monitor Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Report Results: Report on social media performance and suggest improvements.
  • Manage Ad Campaigns: Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate Promotions: Organize social media promotions, sales events, and product launches.
  • Work with Teams: Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive efforts.
  • Manage External Partners: Liaise with external agencies for content creation.
